OFL is a comprehensive on-line health and fitness program used to log an individual’s intake (food) and output (exercise) in order to manage weight control. After personalizing their settings of height, weight, age, etc., just minutes a day (or once a week if they prefer) is all it takes to log daily diet and exercise from any computer that has internet access.
Your members can set weight goals, and reach them based on a combination of exercise and diet. If they veer off course from holiday meals or missing exercises, track the potential affects and determine what adjustments to diet and/or exercise are needed to quickly get back on track.
Track measurements of health. OFL allows members to track specific and important measurements such as weight, heart rate, blood pressure, hours of sleep, and body fat percentage, and includes a library of foods and content and a library of exercise, calculations and output values. Over time, members will create a history of information to track their progress.
