Just like business owners, members must adhere to the terms of the membership agreement.  Members that ignore their financial commitment are subject to third party collection action.  KF Funds uses a third party collection company that utilizes all methods allowable by law to collect past dues, including legal action if the client prefers.  Of course, the client determines the level of collection action and the third party collection company we use.
