Full Service Membership Management

KF Funds manages every aspect of a membership: process the electronic funds transfer (EFT) of monthly membership dues, send letters and emails to  members as EFT payments fail, call past due members, enter change of addresses, enforce cancelations and freezes, work with third-party collection companies, and much more.

As EFT payments fail, emails and letters are automatically sent by FELIX to the member.  Members may call the client or KF Funds to make credit card payments and if necessary, update their method of payment.  Most importantly, our customer service professionals are always courteous to your members, paying close attention to problem resolution with an eye toward an ongoing relationship between the member, KF Funds, and your business.

Phone calls are made to members with past due payments that do not respond to the initial email/letter.  As the past dues age, more serious letters and emails are sent, and after three failed payments, a final demand letter is sent.  Members that ignore communications are subject to more aggressive collection efforts including use of a third party collection company.

KF Funds manages the entire collection process, including the third party collections.  Use our third party collection company or yours. Of course, the client always has the final say in determining the level of collection action.

Comprehensive notes are entered at the time of each incoming or outgoing call and when an email or letter is sent.  Therefore, our client can review and add to the communication history of any membership.
