Either KF Funds or the client can enter new members information into the account manager.
Although most clients do their own data entry, some simply want their members to sign an agreement and then forward the agreement to KF Funds. We enter the member’s information into
BusinessNet and scan a copy which can then be accessed at the member's or client's convenient.
Go paperless! If the client decides to enter the member's information, a signature pad may be purchased so the agreement can be signed, saved, filed, accessed, emailed, and managed electronically, eliminating the need to print a copy. The member may view an electronic copy of their agreement prior to signing, and after they sign the agrrment, a copy can be emailed to them, making the process totally paperless. Future copies of the agreement may be emailed by the club or school directly from
FELIX, or retrieved by the member using their
MyAccount account. The entire process couldn't be easier or more convenient.
