As an agent for our clients, KF Funds enforces the terms of their membership agreement.  There are a few types of memberships, such as Term, Term to Evergreen, Evergreen, and Pre-paid, and our customer service professionals learn the terms and conditions of all our client's membership agreements and enforce them accordingly.  Members that want to cancel or freeze can deal directly with KF Funds.  We then refer to the membership agreement and explain the terms to the member.  Required backup from the member, such as proof of relocation or a doctor’s note, is sent to KF Funds and if necessary, researched by us.  Of course, the client always has the option to intervene when and to what extent they prefer, and may cancel any membership at any time, usually with no fee what so ever.
