Since KF Funds (and the client) is able to view a member's agreement, notes, payment history, terms, etc., we can answer most any question they may have. Questions we cannot answer are either refered to the client or researched by our customer service professional, after which they will contact the member. This allows our CSP to learn about the policies and procedures of our clients. And each call we answer is logged in the member's account and availalbe for the client to view.
