The level of service our clients use is determined by their needs or preference.  Some businesses prefer to contact their member's and others allow our trained professionals to call.  We will contact members regarding failed payments, handle freezes and cancelations, change address, phone number, method of payment, EFT information: we will make any changes to the program and answer most any question.  Our commitment is to treat clients and customers with professionalism and respect, to resolve any and all issues that arise, and keep the members happy and paying.
